Is Chatensy an official WhatsApp solution?
Chatensy only uses the official WhatsApp Cloud API from Meta. You connect your own Meta Business account and phone number; there are no unofficial or browser-automation methods, which is what keeps numbers from being banned.
How much do WhatsApp messages cost on Chatensy?
Meta charges per message by category and country, and you pay Meta directly for those. Chatensy adds no per-message markup; you pay a flat monthly subscription that starts free and goes up with sends and agents.
Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes. A number already on the WhatsApp Business app can be migrated to the Cloud API through Meta, and a number that is new to WhatsApp can be registered directly. Chatensy walks you through both during onboarding.
Does Chatensy work outside India?
