Terms of service

Last updated 2026-11-05. These terms govern use of Chatensy ("the service") provided by Trispark Innovate ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.

1. The service

Chatensy is software that connects to your own Meta Business account and sends and receives messages through the WhatsApp Business Platform and other channels you connect. You keep ownership of your Meta assets, numbers, templates and data.

2. Your obligations

  • Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, the WhatsApp Business Terms and Meta's Commerce Policies, and with the laws that apply to you, including consent and anti-spam rules.
  • Message only people who have opted in, honour opt-outs, and keep proof of consent.
  • Do not send prohibited content, impersonate others, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
  • Keep your sign-in credentials and API keys secret and tell us promptly about any breach.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules or that Meta flags for quality or policy violations.

3. Fees

Subscription fees are shown on the pricing page and billed monthly in advance in INR. Usage above plan limits is billed at the overage rate shown in your plan. Meta's message charges are billed by Meta to your Meta Business account and are not included in our fees. Fees exclude taxes. Unpaid invoices may lead to suspension after notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time from the app; the subscription ends at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are not refunded except where the law requires it. Your data remains exportable for [N] days after cancellation.

5. Data

Our privacy policy and, for business customers, our data processing terms describe how we handle data. You instruct us to process end-user data to provide the service.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability and publish a status page. Service levels, where offered, are set out in your plan or order form. The service depends on Meta and other providers, whose outages are outside our control.

7. Intellectual property

We own the service and its software. You own your content, templates and data and grant us a licence to process them to provide the service. Feedback you give may be used without obligation.

8. Warranties and liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid in that period. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms with at least 14 days' notice by email or in the app. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction, for example India], and disputes go to the courts of [city].

Items shown in brackets must be completed by the operator before publishing. This template is not legal advice.
