Frequently asked questions
What do WhatsApp messages cost?
Meta charges per delivered message by category (marketing, utility, authentication, service) and by the customer's country; service conversations started by the customer are free. You pay Meta directly from your Meta Business account. Chatensy adds nothing on top.
What is a platform send?
A platform send is one message Chatensy sends on your behalf: a broadcast message, a journey step or an API template send. Replies written by agents in the inbox are unlimited on every paid plan.
Can I pay in US dollars?
Plans are billed in Indian rupees. The USD figures on this page are approximate, converted at about ₹84 to the dollar, and your card provider applies its own rate. Invoices are issued with GST where applicable.
Is there a free trial of the paid features?
The Free plan has no time limit. When you upgrade you can downgrade or cancel at any time, and your number, contacts and templates stay with you because they live in your own Meta Business account.
Are chatbot flows and extra agents charged separately?
Chatbot flows are included in every plan: 1 on Free, 3 on Starter and unlimited from Growth. Starter includes 5 agents and Growth 10; extra agents are ₹599 a month on Starter and Growth, ₹399 on Scale and ₹299 on Agency.
What happens if I go over my sends?
Sending continues at a per-message overage rate shown in your plan, or you can raise a hard cap so it stops. The cost meter shows usage and pacing in real time.
Do agencies get volume pricing?
Yes. The Agency plan includes unlimited client sub-accounts and white-label, and seats are cheaper per agent. Contact us for annual and volume terms.
